At the age of 14 I started playing bass guitar in the church worship band; it was a wonderful learning experience! At 18 I learned how to play guitar and then was rotated in the worship band as either bass guitarist or back up guitarist. at the age of 23 I became the worship leader at my church. I believe my leadership role at that church was important and influential! I brought in so many new songs, new genres of songs and a new flavor to the way we worshiped God. Leading worship at my church was short lived when I at 26 I left the church to move on to something more local to where I lived. Now I'm floating around trying to find where I belong in church and in my music career.
I am steadfast in knowing that I will one day achieve my goal of being a professional musician. I will stick to it and make it happen. With your help out there, I just may get to where I'm going!
